Robin Gayle
Robin Gayle Wright was the daughter of
Gayle (Gaston), an executive director for national at Mary Kay and Freddie
Wright, a pharmacist executive. She was born in San Diego, California. She
began her career as a model in the year 1980 aged 14 and was a model in Paris
as well as Japan. After graduating high school, she began acting. She was cast
in the soap opera Santa Barbara (1984), for which she was nominated three times
for a Daytime Emmy. She became a fan of Dane Witherspoon during the first
season. They got married in 1986. She starred in the show as the princess bride
(1987) in the role of the title. After leaving the cast of Santa Barbara, she
got the role of the lead in Denial (1990) with Jason Patric. She met Sean Penn
in 1990 while she was appearing in State of Grace (1990). They had one daughter
Dylan Frances with him and a son called Hopper Jack. Robin came back to
Hollywood after a break with one of her most famous parts: Tara in The Playboys
(1992). She was an amazing actor and an amazing actor. In the following film,
she appeared Toys (1992) in the film Toys (1992) alongside Robin Williams. She
gave an amazing performance. Wright was also in 1994's blockbuster smash
Forrest Gump (1994), acting alongside Tom Hanks. As a result of her performance
as Jenny she was awarded an award nomination for the Golden Globe Award. She
got a small role in The Crossing Guard (1995), which starred Jack Nicholson.
After she turned down 14 roles she was offered the title role in MGM/UA’s Moll
Flanders (1996). The film was directed by Pen Densham and featured Morgan
Freeman, Stockard Channing, and Morgan Freeman. Alongside William Hurt, she was
then featured in Erin Dignam’s Loved (1997).
