Sabrina Annlynn Carpenter Bio
Sabrina Annlynn Carpenter (born May 11 1999) is an American actress and singer. Carpenter made her acting debut in the form of an appearance on the crime drama Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and received her first the spotlight for her part as the younger version of Chloe Goodwin in the television series The Goodwin Games. From 2014 until 2017 she was the first actress to be cast as Maya Hart on the Disney Channel's Girl Meets World series. Carpenter was featured in the feature films Horns (2013) as well as The Hate U Give (2018) and The Hate U Give (2018). She also played Jenny in the Disney Channel Original Movie Adventures in Babysitting (2016). As a voice actress she was featured in a recurring role in the role of the character Princess Vivian in the Disney Channel animated series Sofia the First from 2013 to 2018. She also voiced Melissa Chase on the Disney XD animated series Milo Murphy's Law from 2016 until 2019.In 2014, Carpenter was signed to Hollywood Records, and her debut EP entitled Can't Blame for a Girl for Trying, and debut single of the same name were released the same year. In 2015, Carpenter dropped her debut single, Eyes Wide Open. She has released three more studio albums, Evolution (2016), Singular Act I (2018) and Singular Act II (2019). Carpenter left Hollywood Records to sign with Island Records. She released "Skin" her first single on January 22, 2021.
